Links
These are links we use to update ourselves with soccer news and information, as well as sites we use just to entertain ourselves. We will more than likely add to this list regularly, especially as we start to make connections in the online soccer community.
Soccer Related:
Soccernet: The obvious, your first stop for any up to date information.
Free Beer Movement - A spectacular way to get your friends to watch soccer with you, along with some solid soccer coverage. They have a movement to recruit Frankie.
The Shin Guardian - More great American Soccer coverage, focusing primarily on the USMNT. Also the blog of the American Outlaws. Check out their movement to get Bill Simmons to RFK in October.
Cal Poly Soccer Club: The club team that brought Chamo and Biggy together originally, one of the fastest developing and most talented college club soccer programs in the country.
USMNT Forum: A place national team fans can chat it up, connect and hopefully come up with better songs, places to watch games and fan support in general.
Viagogo: The hookup for tickets, Viagogo gets it done when you need tickets for anything. From the EPL to the Bundesliga and every league in between, you can find great deals on matches that normally would seem too expensive to attend. Plus they have great tickets for those silly America sports too like Baseball, Hoops and Hockey. Viagogo is real tickets for real fans. And tickets for the fake fans too, who doesn't like a good bandwagon right?
Bill Simmons Goes to the Azteca: Bill Simmons goes to Azteca and finally understands soccer. If it would only click for everyone this easily. Overall just a great report.
We Win Trophies: The U.S. Open Cup is September 2nd in the nation's capital, and DC United has taken a stand against both Seattle fans who feel that the final should be hosted in Seattle, and the other teams in DC as they have proved themselves as the best team in DC. We Win Trophies is a bold statement, multiplied by putting the same open letter in the DC papers. A bold move by a bold franchise, this sort of dynamic marketing and call to action is quite impressive.
Waving the Rave: Great blog focused on the Seattle Sounders. The perfect place for in-depth fan perspective match reports. Sound proof that Seattle has the best fans in the US, and gives us San Jose supporters something to aspire to.
Ball Hype: The Best Stories, The Biggest Fans. Find all your sports blogs here.
Soccer by Ives: Great for news on US Soccer, and has an avid following of US fans that regularly comment.
Unrelated Sites:
Texts From Last Night: Quite possibly the most entertaining site in the world. So good. So so good.
FML: Another entertaining site to keep your spirits up.
Digg: If you want to hear crazy/interesting/breaking/non-sports related news.

Ace High is Good: Luke is good at poker and bad at roulette.
LOML Designs - Some of the coolest design and architecture work I have ever seen, scope it here
